Bad credit reports happen to almost everyone at some point in time, so what are you going to do when it's your turn? Whether you want to believe it or not, a bad credit report has an impact on more than just whether or not you will get a loan for that new car. It can also have an impact on whether or not you get a job, or the new apartment or house you want, and it may also have a negative impact on other aspects of your life. But never fear, just like everything else in life, this too will not be the end of your life, you can work through it and repair your credit report.
When you do something like fail to pay your bills on time, or if you fail to pay a bill, there will be negative effects on your credit report. If you default on your debts completely, your credit score will suffer, and this will have negative results on your credit report. Also, if you get into levels which exceed what lenders deem as appropriate (more than 20 percent of your annual income) your credit score will suffer, which will be reflected on your credit report.
