You should take the time to look at your experian credit report to check it for errors and to see what it says about your. After all it is your credit report and you want to know what it says don't you? Believe it or not errors do occur on credit reports and they don't normally happen in a consumers favor.
They are not removed from your credit report immediately so you will want to know if there is an error on your experian credit report so you can contact them and get directions on how to have the error removed. If you have an error on your credit report it's possible that you will be denied credit that you have earned and deserve. That's not fair so if you're smart you'll take a look at your experian credit report several times through out the year.
If you know you will be applying for credit in the near future you might want to get a copy and take a look at it and see what it says before you apply. Your credit is important if there is an error on your credit report it's not going to remove itself so take a look at it every now and then.
It is not hard to read your experian credit report but the first time you look at it you will be learning. If you see things on there that you don't understand what they mean look on the credit report and you will find a key that will tell you what the abbreviations or symbols mean.
