How to come up with extra money that will help you get out of credit card debt.
There are ways to raise money for extra credit card payments without getting a second job.
Have a garage or yard sale. You can clean house and earn great money by having a yard sale. If you live in a social community, make it a neighborhood sale and go for the gold.
You can sell your books, CDs and videos to used bookstores. If there is a Half Price Books bookstore in your area, they will usually buy books that are in decent condition. Dig out those records and sell those, too.
eBay is a great place to sell your belongings. You can sell just about anything there, just avoid the urge to buy items. You are on a mission.
Staying focused will help you to reduce your credit card debt.
It is not easy to pay off high interest credit cards. Everyone knows that when you only pay the minimum payments each month,it will take forever to pay them off, which is just what the credit card companies want you to do.
Stay focused. Pay more than the minimum payments, and pay the credit card companies twice monthly to get the balances down to a reasonable amount. It may be difficult, but it will be worth it.
