Instant Credit Card Approval: Yes or No in 15 Seconds

Contributed by Kris Olds

Instant Credit Card Approval at your fingertips

Instant credit card approval as easy as 1-2-3. With a little bit of information and knowing the right place to go, a consumer can receive instant credit card approval and be off into the world of spending and money management. Starting with step one, a consumer should have an idea of whether or not they will receive approval for a credit card. To start, a consumer should know their credit history. Have they made timely payments? Do they have multiple open credit lines?

Have they filed for bankruptcy? The answers to these questions will pretty much make up a credit report. When applying for instant credit card approval, a lending company will do a quick check of a consumer credit report and determine if they are credit worthy. It's not as intensive of a check as say a mortgage approval but it is a quick snapshot of a consumers history.

If a consumer knows that they have made their payments on time, don't have an abundance of credit available to them already and haven't declared bankruptcy in the past, there's reason to believe that a consumer will receive approval for a credit card.

Step two of instant credit card approval is all in the numbers

Once a consumer has reason to believe they will receive approval for a credit card, the next step is to actually apply. Instant credit approval can be granted through retail credit outlets as well as through phone and internet applications. An application will usually ask for the consumer's social security number, home and work phone numbers and amount of income. These few numbers are just the information that a lender will need to make that split-second decision.
