This one offers double OnePass miles when purchases are made through selected merchants, and the accrual of one flight mile for every dollar of "everyday" purchases. Again, this could be very advantageous if you travel frequently for business, and if your spending habits gravitate to the selected merchants where points are redeemable. This card could be a "best deal" credit card for someone with a very efficient and routinized personal and professional schedule.

As for the other three rewards program cards offered by Chase, further reflection may be necessary to reach a decision. Rewards with Every Gas Purchase" provides a 3 to 6 percent rebate on gas purchases and one percent on other purchases. Ultimate Rewards" gives one point for every dollar spent, to be redeemed through gift certificates, brand name merchandise and airline tickets. Cash Rewards" offers the pleasantly ironic perk of a 2 percent cash reward on balances over $500.
